Mr. Zazworsky is president of Mid-State Systems, Inc., a transportation company, and Mid-State Warehouses, Inc., a warehousing and distributing company, both headquartered in Hebron, Ohio. He has been a director of The Park National Bank since 1991 and of Park National Corporation since 2003. He currently serves as lead director and Risk Committee chair.
